She has strong project management skills particularly in property renovation and construction, and she is adept at buying, renovating and re-selling properties. From identifying a diamond in the rough and, conversely, properties that pose a challenge to meeting the buyer's needs, Katherine is dedicated to working within a designated budget to produce the desired results. She has a keen talent for interpreting the likes and needs of her clients in order to pair them with the homes of their dreams. Her strong organizational skills, her ability to negotiate, her clarity when faced with challenges and her fun and energetic demeanor allow her to work within a variety of situations.
